Internal Complaint Committee constituted under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013

The Internal Complaint Committee (hereinafter referred as Committee) was constituted as per the provisions of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 and the Rules framed there under.

The present members of the Sexual Harassment Committee of Holy Cross International School Patna deal with the complaints of sexual harassment in accordance with the guidelines laid down by the CBSE..
